State Route Route 31 near Bonkowski Street
On Northbound Rt 31 just South of Bonkowski, during the dark hours a police vehicle sits on the median in the dark with radar pointing towards the top of the hill. I see this heading South and can barely see the car from the stop light, so heading north, going over the hill, there is no way to see him.
