Nearly 90% of the towns revenue comes from moving violations of unwhitting motorist who are merely passing through this quaint town. Entering the town, the speed limit changes from 55mph. to 35mph. and finally to 25mph. All of these changes occure in less than a quarter mile. The police force is notorious for their hiding spots.
