State Street near Salvation Army
All up and down State as you begin to head south past Yost Ice Arena. As you get closer to the Salvation Army and the car dealerships the speed limit stays at 35mph even though it seems it should be 45mph. So what does everyone do? They go 50mph.
This "trap" goes more or less all the way down until the speed changes by the airport (past Ellsworth).
Even when State turns into a 4 lane street with on ramps and off ramps for 94, the speed limit remains 35mph.
