Stearns Road between Randall & Umbenstock
East bound from Randall past Umbenstock, unmarked sedan sitting in the MEYER Material driveway. Must have radioed his marked car partner. I never saw the marked squad until he was behind me at the light. They park on either side and seem to work as a team. WATCH OUT, they give NO warnings.
