Stewarts Ferry Pike Street near Interstate 840

Mount Juliet, TennesseeMar 25, 20081 Comments

Going down stewarts ferry pike in between interstate 840 and south mount juliet road. is mostly 35. some parts are 45mph. but usually cops give you 45 all the way until quota time comes then they crack down. roads are long and easy to get up above 50…cops sit at suggs creek general store nightly all the time. they sit at cooks star market and sit at gladeville churches. those are most common

Comments:
This is a very dangerous and deadly little road. Narrow 2 lane with no shoulders, full of blind curves and hills. You are likely to run upon all manner farm machinery or wandering livestock and deer any time of the day or night. Much cut thru traffic between 171 and 840...many late night drunks and speeding fools at all hours. If you do comply with the legal and physical constraits on this road, you will still be risking your life. I have no love for cops, but I really would like to see more law enforcement out there on Stewarts Ferry. To the IDIOTS who cry about those so called 'speed traps' I have to say this; Slow down, you are likely to meet someone like yourself comming at you in your lane on one of those hills or curves.
