There is a slight hill at Parker Ave and Stockton Blvd. Sacramento PD will often have 2 motorcycle officers on the north side of the hill with a radar gun. The posted speed limit is 35 but most people do 40-45 because it is a 5 lane road. You will not see the police if you are coming over the hill northbound. Also, to add more to the trap, there is a cross walk just north of the crest of the hill. They will write you a ticket if you don’t stop for pedestrians. I have seen these officers write tickets from 10 am all the way until 6 pm in that area with a constant stream of cars pulled over.
