Stockton Street near Tunnel
A cop on motorcycle can sometimes be seen on the Southbound side of the tunnel. The tunnel on the Southbound side is a slight downhill slope with cars and buses traveling at around 35mph with the posted speed limit of 25mph. He is extremely hard to spot because he sits right by the end of the tunnel.
