Police sit here and watch motorosts come down the hill. Speed limit 40, but most people doing about 50 when they reach the bottom of the hill

SOOOO true! I got pulled over here going 53
Not only is this a good size hill and you need to ride your break to keep to 40 or under, but there is only one house there, so if you would have an accident due to speed odds are you would only hurt yourself. Why isn't the manpower at the intersection near McDaniel College where people regularly roll through the four-way stop!
