Stowe Street near State Route 100
Descending Stowe St from Rte 100 toward Waterbury Village, the trap is at the base of a blind curve just after you pass beneath the Interstate and just before a school zone. Oddly enough, the cops are never there when kids are going to and from school (otherwise half the moms would be cited for speeding).
