There is a Northumberland County Cop that sits up on Fifth Street watching for motorists who speed up or down Strawbridge Road doing over 30mph. The speed limit is 25mph on Strawbridge Road.

Comments:
First of all, county departments do not do speeding tickets in PA. State police, township or municipality only. I have never seen any police cars running traffic on Stawbridge.
