Sunny Isles Blvd just East of Sunny Isles bridge
Heading East on Sunny Isles Blvd (163st) towards the Beach, after reaching the top of the bridge there are usually 1-3 police cars on both sides of the road with Radar guns in one hand and ticket books in the other.
