This is definitely one. I usually see a CHP car waiting in the tuck, right after the bridge. Sometimes in the day, like mid afternoon before rush hour. More often at night though when i leave my girlfriend's, i either see someone pulled over, on Trinity river dr, or they're waiting. Time ranges from 10pm to 130-2( waitin for people coming from bars). Rarely i'v seen one on the other side for traffic going north, onto the bridge.
