Susquahanna Trail North of Church Rd (Emigsville)
Generally they watch northbound traffic after the bend and down the long straight hill past The Dutch Village Motel. The speed limit is 40 but it is easy to go 50 because of the hill. They sit on the right in one of the parking areas. You can’t see them untill its too late
