sw 136 ave Avenue near Pembroke Road
Driving north on sw 136 ave between Monarch Lakes Blvd and Pembroke road,Community called Trilogy. Almost Every morning there is a bike parked on the sidewalk shooting radar. 8am to 2pm He is hard to see because of hedge,till its too late. I live behind the hedge so this is accurate.
