T.C.H. Route#1 (Outer Ring Road)
RNC’s presence usually higher during a.m. tapering off at midday.Evening rush hour seems to be a busy time also.During these times you can expect to see/meet a cruiser from C.B.S Access Road into Torbay Rd.Vehicles travelling 10 km/h or more above the posted 100 km/h will be targeted.

Mostly driven by idiots that really aren't sure what to do especially when hydroplaning occurs - fair bit of rutting in the road, causing quite a bit of water buildup. Lots of vehicle flips along here (even crossing the median) - no wonder the cops are out in force...
