Taconic State Parkway In the vicinity of the reststop
Often a two unit job, one Trooper well hidden in the large grassy median will tag you and radio ahead. This can be beaten by pulling off at the reststop and waiting for ten minutes or so if you get tagged. The radar car is just before to rest stop and the car that pulls you over is past the reststop. After the first time that I got nailed here, I used the pull off at the rest stop trick after I thought that I was pegged and did not get pulled over.
