Coming out of Prince George County from a 55mph zone to a 35mph zone is tough. They will sit out anywhere in the median at any time of day. Although you will see them more late at night when there is no one on the road which makes it a lot easier to speed.

Let me see if I have your logic correct. You got a ticket for speeding late at night and it was the road fault, no one was in front of you to slow you down. By your own comment you are very much aware of the speed limit and the police were in clear view. The problem seems to be you!
