Tennessee Street near 17th Street
If youre driving down Tennessee the only way you can to 19th Street, watch out when you pass all the Fraternities and Sororities, cause once you start down the little hill at around 17th and Tennessee, cops like to park on the side of Tennessee and shoot radar from behind and pull people over like crazy. A couple of my friends and myself have been pulled over there.
