Teutonia Avenue near Hampton Avenue
There’s a cop that is notorious for giving out tickets who usually patrols on Teutonia Avenue between Hampton Ave & Capital Drive. He’s also been seen on Capital Drive between Teutonia & Green Bay Avenue. He finds many different little spots to hide including church parking lots before, during & after service on Sundays to hide. Beware!
