MHP sits in the crossover in the medium clocking both ways.
Not regular HP car using suv silver or light grey with signs on both doors not back or hood.
Sometimes using motorcycle with MVP emblem on saddle bags.
Speed limit 65 clocking at 70.
Usually after 5 pm but sometimes around 4.
