The corner of Champlain and Stephens
Heading east on Champlain from Leclair to Stephens a strech of about 1K.On the north side a bike path 20 mts from the road. The south side, 2 entrys to the Douglas Hospital, 50 mts from the road, very little pedestrian traffic. A money grab, they are there many nice weather days.
