The end of Hilltop Road leading to Traffic Circle UMBC

Catonsville, MarylandSep 29, 20120 Comments

Hilltop RD is a road full of hills with the speed limit of 25MPH. Hilltop RD ends with a large hill that leads into a traffic circle. The last hill of the road is so large that at the top of the hill you do not see the traffic circle below. Baltimore County officer is parked at the very bottom of the hill in front of a residential house right across from the traffic circle. In order to get over the hill you have to be driving at least 25mph, not surprised when you’re going down the hill you’re driving at least 30-35MPH. Either way you have to slow down for the traffic circle, no matter what and it’s a shame people are getting tickets for a patch of road that’s less than half a mile.
