Photo radar is located wherever traffic flow is sufficiently high to ensure that maximum revenue is generated eg. all “freeways’ though Edmonton really does not have any roads that qualify for this term.
Laser, moving and stationary radar are situated wherever the road eg. a collector, ought to have a higher limit, but the speeds are set artificially low.
