The entire city of Sheffield
I refer to Sheffield as "The Linndale of Lorain County." The police in this city are proud to issue many, many more citations than the surrounding communities. I don’t live in Sheffield, but have travelled through it daily for the past 20 years. They don’t kid around. If you’re caught doing as little as 4-5 mph over the limit they WILL cite you.
