the entire Hillsborough County
The Entire Tampa City. I did lot of Cross Country driving in my +30 years driving, and Tampa is the worst I have seen. To confirm my belief, spoke to Truck Drivers, and they agreed. In California, it is against or was against the law for polices to rely on speeding ticket for their paycheck. Not in Tampa, it’s their paychecks and bonus and plus bonus.

This entire website is driven by a mob of pathetic whiners! "Might be a speed trap." So what? You go too fast, you might get a ticket.... if you don't; you lucked out. This whole website concept is for whiners who pushed their luck and got tagged. All this crap about '1 mile over and you get a ticket' is so much rhetoric. It simply doesn't happen. Seldom will anyone get ticketed unless they're going at least 10 miles over! More than likely , it's at least 16 mph over. And then, only when they aren't going to a call. The cops don't get the money, plus the amount generated is miniscule by comparison. They're writing tickets because people want traffic to slow down and be safer. Hey it's simple, the sign spells out the limit...you go over?....it may cost you.
I totally agree with #1. I moved to Tampa from the Wash. DC area and my vehicle insurance rates went UP. Why? Because the drivers down here are me first and drive at excessive over the limit speeds, resulting in more accidents. There is no snow or ice and nice weather 300 days a year and yet the insurance is more. Why? It's the drivers. The cops aren't even courteous enough to use a turn signal. There needs to be More highway patrolmen to slow down some of these drivers that think any speed they want to drive is fine. Read the signs that spell out the speed and you'll spend less on gas and maybe save the rest of us from having to get our cars fixed from your recklessness.
