You can’t go over 35 mph, there’s a road stretching 3-4 miles throughout Scott City, and you can’t go above 35 mph, or you’ll be fined by the cop, who doesn’t accept any excuses, he’s a heartless cop who will fine you even 2-4 mph over 35 mph. So, BE CAREFUL!
