The trap is located on Hwy 66 South of exit 407 , I 40.
Highway 66 is being 6 laned South from exit 407 -I 40 to Sevierville , Tennessee . The posted limit is 35 mph and 45 mph . The problem is these limits are moved regularly as to location . There are at least 2-3 marked cars on the road and an unmarked green Avenger . We travel this road daily and vehicles pulled over is daily . There is one stretch of roadway that was 45mph under construction and is now 35 mph completed .

I travel this road daily and this is simply not true. This widening project has been done in 3 phases. The speed limit before any part began was 45 MPH. The speed in each phase was lowered to 35 MPH but the speed limit has been increased back to 45 MPH as the phases have been completed. They are currently in the middle of the 3rd and final phase.
