We like to write tickets to people who can’t seem to obey simple motor vehicle laws and put the rest of the motoring public in danger. The best way not to get a speeding ticket is not to speed.

Yea and the RPD cops speed whenever they want, mostly when not answering a call. I guess that's NOT putting the public in danger.
