Thomasville Road near Betton Drive
will sit in any of the parking lots from the miracle 5 movie theater to betton place (both side of the road). This is one of the higest hit roads as it is a 3 lane with both ways in a down hill position toward betton rd. Police know that many people will gain speed simply on the downward momentum and it is a very central location that has high traffic flow.

I agree with you 100%. The only way to maintain 35 MPH is to ride your brakes. I have lived at the bottom of this section of road for 37 yrs. It was 2 lane. Traffic didn't move after 5pm. That's why the state workers got off at 4pm. TPD only started to give tickets after it was expanded to 3 lanes. Easy money! I don't have a problem with following the speed limit, I have a problem with the people that create the speed limits. 35 when your car will roll, unassisted, at 45?!!! DUH??
