The motorcycle cops sit at the top of the hill in front of St. Edwards, on the side of the road, in the shadows. They point their radar at you as you are reaching the bottom of the hill. Unless you are aware that gravity is causing your car to accelerate and apply your brakes accordingly, you will be speeding and they will chalk up one more nice revenue producer for the city at your expense.
