Thorntown police also patrol US Hwy 52 east of town.
Highway 52 is not in Thorntown but the local police will sit back out of sight on county roads and catch you as you go by.

This section of US52 a mile north and south of ST. Road 47. They are a bunch of meter maids with radar guns. One in particular is some young kid that dresses up like he thinks he is a navy seal or some kind of commando.
Its not a uniform its a costume at this point. They do not give warnings just tickets. They have almost twice the number of "police" than the national average by per capita population for their little bloodsucking town.
