Three sets of cameras in the main part or town.

Very well marked speed signs. If you don’t obey these, you won’t obey regular speed limits either. Forty-five mph means 45 mph tops not suggested. I’d rather a town collect revenue in a way that I have control over by my actions then taxing the property I bought or the food I need to survive. Please don’t boycott private businesses in town because the government does something you don’t like.

Star Valley is a joke. It is a white trash town with white trash ways, I mean come on it is a town of what 1,500 on a good day and it has a strip club where all the elementary school kid's moms work. It is a total speed trap you are coming from a 55 to a 45 off a hill to boot. Why don't those inbred stripper loving rednecks find a better, more honest way to generate revenue.

The one and only reason that the whistle stop town has these radar units is to generate revenue. They don't give a hoot one way or another about your safety. It's all about the bucks.

I drove through Star Valley (sorry, don't even remenber the town) 10 days ago. Yesterday, I received a $210 (that alone is a joke) ticket claiming I was driving 59 mph (like veryone else) in a 45mph zone. I live in Minnesota. I was driving from Phoenix to New Mexico that day. All I remember is that several small towns post 45 mph speed signs shortly after a 55 mph speed sign, which is shortly afater the 70mph speed limit. Without agreesivly applying the brakes, it is imposssible to go from 70 mph to 45 mph at the point that the 45mph sign is located. I suspected a speed trap after receiving the ticket and verified it by going to this website. It will be a cold day in hell before I pay this fine and ever gp through this pathetic town again.

I will never buy anything is this two bit town. I will also make sure I post on my facebook page and business website about steering clear of this armpit of a town. I'm a realtor that works with people that buy property to escape the heat of PHX. I'll tell everyone to boycott this place.

This town is so wrong. The Chamber of Commerce defends the traffic cams and insults the very tourists who make their living. Remember, they HATE tourists in this town, but love their money. I will never go back and encourage everyone to boycott this Hicksville.

Wow! My ticket was for $235. Guess what business of Payson and Star Valley Arizona made a point to stop for a full tank of gas around $65.00 or more and, breakfast around $25, plus tip. Guess who is going to get my dollars from now on, none of you!!

Arizona law requires you to be SERVED PERSONALLY.. that is, an officer of the court or a process server must HAND YOU IN PERSON an official ticket in order for the court to obtain personal jurisdiction over you and for a summons to be official. If this has not happened, then you have a piece of paper sent by a private for profit company HOPING you'll be scared and pay their ransom note. It is not an official summons from the city or the court. US mail is NOT sufficient service of any official summons in Arizona. Do not go to their website. So not call the number. Do not implicate someone else. Toss it. And do not support Star Valley in ANY WAY. Just pass them up and get gas, food, snacks in Payson. It's only a few miles down the road.
