Tibbits Avenue near School #14
when coming into Troy from sycaway on Tibbits ave.as you pass the end of the cemetary on your left and start down a steep grade.they are hiding on the right on the side road
and at 2:00 pm mon-fri the speed limit drops to 20 mph via Flashing Lights and if you are doing over 25 mph.they write you up.otherwise you have to stay below 40 mph
