Best Buy at Hawthorne and PCH in Torrance California. The main left turn lane is now a very lucrative ticket trap.
Cannot make a left or U turn from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM Mon – Saturday. Watch out. This is the actual left turn lane into the parking lot for the store and there is a officer who just camps there, writing tickets all day long.
