Tilton Rd between Rt9 and Shore Rd
Just past Rt9 and Titon Rd intersection, someone (supposedly an officer) steps out from curb into "crosswalk" without any advanced warning. You don’t even see him as you go by. Within the next block another officer tells you to pull over (into a court) where there are a few more to check license, registration, insurance; and to give a "warning". At least 8 other cars were stopped, so none of us saw this "person" trying to cross. Seeems a little strange. Are they looking for something else and this gives them the OK to pull people over?
