Tolman Creek Road, near E. Main Street.
There’s an apartment complex at Tolman Creek/ Abbott St., in the 200 block of Tolman Creek Road near the curve that leads to E. Main. The curve itself is a legit 25mph, but they keep the speed limit at 25 mph even after Tolman straightens out ( where 35-40mph would be a reasonable assumption). Ashland P.D. likes to nestle a radar unit in the apartment complex to clip people who increase to what would be a reasonable speed for a street of this type.
