motorcycle cop hides in ally way, on the south bound side of topanga cyn just pass the liquer store across from blinkys donut shop usually between 730am & 930am weekdays . sometimes he has a partner on the north bound side hiding near the star bucks just waiting for people to come down topanga cyn headed to work . so watch out
