If you are coming from 19th down Tower dr. there is a section that makes a sweeping right hand turn about a 1/4 mile in and then straightens out the rest of the way. There is always a cop sitting in the parking lot of a ware house like building pointed right at the turn waiting for anyone to come around the turn faster than 30mph. During the day, when people are working at the ware house, they will park in between cars and mask themselves.

Be careful also when the train blocks 4th street. They hide behind some of the buildings facing out towards Tower dr. just waiting for people who cut through there to get around the train.

I’ve seen this frequently as I live off of Tower dr.
