Town Of Charleston RT 11
For a town that RT 11 is about 4 miles long they patrol it heavily. They have a new black SUV with a real dark black tint on the windows. The low profile light bar on top is a pain to see. When school is in session they will give you a ticket in the school zone going 1 mile over the limit of 20 mph.
