Trade Port Drive near Johnsontown Road
Usually an unmarked car setting across from Plastech Inc. but may be sitting anywhere between Johnsontown Rd. and the Greenbelt Hwy.
Speed limit is 35mph and it’s easy to go 50+mph. Cops monitor this location at random 1 or 2 days every other week anytime between 6am to midnite. I’ve even seen him there on weekends.
