Traveling North/South on Rt.19 Just past the Kroger Plaza
The Oak Hill officers sit in the median tucked up against the overpass supports Traveling South you wont see them until you pass them. Traveling North you come over a slight hump into a sweeping curve and an off ramp the combination of distractions and geography cause you not to see them until it is much too late, or they blend in to the guardrail/overpass supports.
