Yes. I got two tickets in this area two years ago and don't go above the speed limits more than 5 mph.
Where do you have a 4 lane road (2 lanes each way) with a speed limit of 40 MPH????? I travel on a lot of 2 lane roads with homes right off them where the speed limit is 40 or 40 MPH. This sure seems like it is a Money Generator for Draper City. Most people pull onto this road, and don't even think that they are speeding if they are traveling 50 - 60 on this road.
