Twin Oaks Avenue
This is a residential street with 25 MPH speed limit posted. On the South end of the street drivers have to cross a steep hill. Police hide in a driveway at the base of the hill and catch drivers as they accelerate to climb the hill. They are there up to 6 hours per day and tell you they have zero tolerance for speeding there and issue tickets for as little a 5 miles over.
