Tyler Street at 26th Ave
There are motorcycle cops using radar most mornings from 7 to 8 AM. They park on the sidewalk on the south side of the street just east of the traffic light.

Tyler Street does not go through to 26th Avenue. You might mean Polk Street and 26th Avenue. That's at the North edge of City Hall Circle.
