U.S. 17 (1 mi. northeast of I-95) Southbound on 17
November 3, 2016. The last speed limit sign said 65. I was doing 65-68. Cop was sitting on the curve, ticketed me $181 for doing 71 in a 50 zone. There was no 50 mph speed limit posted. Charleston should post a billboard warning people. I will not be visiting Charleston again any time soon.
