U.S. 23 all way through Catlettsburg
The entire length of U.S 23 through Catlettsburg is a speed trap. Upon entering the city limits, the speed drops to a crawling 35 mph for a good 6-7 mile stretch, forcing you to feel like you have to speed to get any where, as the locals fly through at 45 to 50 mph. There is no set place for the city police to set up the trap, as they do it in various locations throughout the day and night, but it is usually at either end of the city limits, or dead center before you start up a large hill in the center of town.
