U.S. Hwy. 19 (South towards Beckley, WV)
Oak Hill cop likes to set in the middle at the bottom of a large incline between Sheets Chrysler and the Go Mart. He hides behind the guardrail and he is too far away to see from the top of the hill. Both day and night.
