U.S. Hwy. 59 just North of U.S. Hwy. 84
He sits behind a sign of a local business on U.S. Hwy. 59 just north of the U.S. Hwy. 84 intersection that goes towards Mount Enterprise. He drives a new black Chevy Tahoe. The speed limit drops from 55 to 40 just before you get there.

Frightening Experience in Timpson. My wife in were pulled over at sign that said 70 mph. We doing at least 10 miles below the speed limit while cars were passing us at over 20 mph. I was issued a ticket and I also seemed to be the only car with out of state plates. We were giving incorrect instructions by the policeman and a person at the court house on how to handle the citation and the judge did not respond to a letter that was sent to him.
If you were not speeding then you should have taken it to court. That is what the Judge is for.....
