The posted speed limits drop quickly from 55 to 45 to 35 to 25. The officer will sit in a trailer court, on a side street or behind a B&K Rootbeer sign.
There is high rate of truck traffic and the officer will pull truckers off to the side of the road, often impeding the flow of traffic. On one occasion, the Eastbound traffic was blocked during a severe snow storm, by an officer stopping a truck in the traffic lane. This was completely unsafe.
