Officers will be located at either end of the city. They like to hide in the car dealerships and near the cemetary on the east end of town. They use marked and unmarked cars. The unmarked car is a blue Ford Taurus, loaded with a LIDAR "laser". They are very proud of writing tickets.

Speed traps are just the begining for Fairbury officers. Also watch out for speed trap @ North Park on 1st Street. The latest speed trap is posted at the flower shop on south 7th street facing south catching folks coming into town from the country club.
